These terms govern the sale of goods through this website. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send written confirmation that the goods have been dispatched or that manufacture has begun. We may decline an order where the goods are unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot deliver to your address.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude delivery unless stated. Where we are registered for VAT, VAT is shown separately at checkout. We accept card payment, PayPal and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until cleared funds are received.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates. You are responsible for providing safe vehicle access and a prepared, level base, and for any offloading equipment stated as required on the product page. Failed deliveries caused by inadequate access may incur a re-delivery charge.
5. Risk and title
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
