This policy sets out how delivery is charged and what is expected of both sides on the day.
Charges
Delivery is charged by region and by order value. The charge for your postcode is shown on every product page and again at checkout before payment. Islands and remote areas are quoted individually.
Site access
You must provide safe access for an articulated vehicle and a level, prepared base. Where a product page states that a forklift or crane is required, that equipment must be on site and available at the agreed delivery time.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because access, ground conditions or offloading equipment are not as agreed, the re-delivery cost will be charged.
Damage in transit
Please inspect the unit before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 48 hours so we can put it right.
